* These terms and conditions apply to the contract between WapShare.Net and all users of WapShare Services. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully; they impose legal obligations on you. By using the Services, you are acknowledging that you have read and understood these Terms of Service and agree to be legally bound by them.
- Please contact WapShare for the removal of any PIX or Video that you find objectionable. WapShare will remove the offencive PIX or Vid as soon as possible.
- WapShare not responsible for any messages, pictures or videos posted.
- WapShare has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy on people uploading illegal files! All informations about you are stored in database even if you browse behind a web proxy our system detects your real details!
- WapShare does not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, picture and or video and are not responsible for the contents of any message, picture and or video posted.
- The messages, pictures and or videos expresses the views and opinions of the user/submitter of the message, picture and or video and not necessarily the views of WapShare.
- The user/submitter agree not to submitt/post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law.
- Copyright of all material, images and or videos are the copyright of the user/submitter.
- The user agrees not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by the user.
- WapShare is not liable for copyright infringement.
- WapShare does not warrant that the Services or the WapShare Information will be error free or uninterrupted.
- These terms and conditions apply to both private and business use of the Services. If the User is acquiring the Services for business purposes (as defined in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993) then the Act does not apply.
- The User is permitted to store, manipulate, analyse, reformat, print and display the WapShare images and Information and use the Services only for the User's personal use. In no event shall the User publish, sell, lease, disseminate, retransmit, redistribute, broadcast, circulate or otherwise reproduce, provide or permit access to any WapShare Information or the Services in any format to anyone. Except as permitted by this clause, no User shall use any WapShare Information or any of the Services in or in connection with any business or for providing a service to any person.
- The User acknowledges that the WapShare Information and the Services are provided in respect of general information only and are not intended for any particular User.
- Without prejudice to any other rights, WapShare may without notice terminate its contract with the User immediately if the User fails to comply with any of these terms and conditions, or if WapShare ceases to supply any Services.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, WapShare excludes all and any liability to the User arising out of the contract between WapShare and the User. Notwithstanding and without limiting any provision of these terms and conditions, any claim brought by the User against WapShare must be served within one year following the date on which the cause of action accrued.
- The User indemnifies WapShare against all and any losses, costs (including legal costs on a solicitor client basis), expenses and damages, whether direct or indirect, arising from or in connection with a claim by a third party against WapShare relating to Services obtained by the User.
- The User may not assign its rights under the contract between WapShare and the User.
- If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable to any extent, the remainder of the terms and conditions shall not be affected and shall remain enforceable to the greatest extent permitted by law.
